Please put used face towels, bath towels, and yukatas in the APA BAG located in the desk drawer and hang them on the hook next to the room door by 11:00 a.m., and they will be collected during cleaning time.
Luggage Storage
You can leave your luggage before or after check-in.
The deadline for storage is the same-day.

■If you are not making any additional payments, please return the room keys for all guests to the post boxes located on the 1F and basement 1F .
■Additional charges can be made at the front desk counter on the 1F floor.
■Extension is possible for 2,000 JPY(tax included) per hour, up to a maximum of 2:00 p.m.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the front desk ( ⑦). You can also extend your stay by operating the remote control on your guest room TV.
Please note that the check-out time on Saturdays is extended until 12:00 noon.
*We may not be able to accept your extension depending on the reservation status and congestion situation.
*The parking lot is considered to be open from 12:00 to 12:00 the following day, so any use after that will incur an additional fee.
