We have joined the food sharing service "TABETE" and started offering buffet bento boxes.
*As these items are being sold as a measure to combat food waste, there may be days when no items are on sale.
"TABETE" is an app that matches users with foods that are still delicious and safe to eat, but are at risk of becoming "food waste."
Because brunch at our restaurant is served in a buffet style, dishes and ingredients that cannot be easily adapted will inevitably end up with leftover food. By asking nearby customers to rescue this food, we hope to reduce food waste.
