As part of our efforts to operate an environmentally friendly hotel, from April 1, 2024, cleaning services will only be provided upon request for consecutive nights.
If you would like your room cleaned, please attach a "cleaning request" magnet to the outside of your door by 9am.
*Bedding such as sheets will not be changed.
In addition, from a hygienic perspective, cleaning including changing sheets every three nights will be carried out even if a "cleaning request sign" is not displayed.
