If you drop off your laundry before 10:00 a.m. on the same day, the finishing time will be 3:00 p.m. on the following day.
For orders received after 10:00 a.m. on the same day, the finishing time will be 3:00 p.m. the day after the next day.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please fill out the special slip provided in your room, put your laundry in the laundry bag, and bring it to the front desk.
Please check the special slip in your desk drawer for reception and finishing times.
*Due to guidance from the public health center, items that require disinfection (underwear, etc.) will not be accepted.
*We do not accept applications on Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.
*There is no coin laundry at our hotel.
