We have joined the food sharing service "TABETE" and started selling buffet bento boxes.
*As this is a measure to combat food waste, there may be days when no items are on sale.
"TABETE" is an app that matches users with food that is still tasty and safe to eat, but is at risk of becoming "food waste."
Since our restaurant's brunch is served buffet style, dishes and ingredients that cannot be easily modified inevitably end up with leftover food. By having nearby customers rescue these dishes, we hope to reduce food waste.

Our restaurant is also considerate of left-handed customers and uses double-ended ladles for the Apa President Curry and salad dressings served at the buffet.
