Regarding room cleaning for consecutive nights, our hotel will only clean rooms for consecutive nights if requested.
・Amenity sets will be placed in front of the door.
・If you would like to request cleaning, please post a [cleaning request tag] in front of the door by 9am. *Bedding such as sheets will not be replaced.
・For hygiene reasons, cleaning including changing sheets and pillowcases will be carried out every 3 nights even if there is no [Cleaning request sign] posted.
・Trash will only be collected in trash cans to prevent customers' personal belongings from being disposed of incorrectly.
・If there is any drink left in the cup, we will not clean or collect it.
・If your luggage is not organized, we may not be able to clean it depending on the situation.
