There are installations on the 1st floor of each accommodation building.
If there is no additional payment, simply put your room key in the express checkout post to complete checkout.
If you need to make additional payments such as extension fees or telephone charges, please come to the front desk.
Delivery Service
Please bring your package to the Central Tower 1F Information Counter.
(If the information desk is outside of business hours, please come to the front desk on the 1F front desk of the East Wing.)
The slip is placed in the desk drawer of each guest room.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept some items such as luggage that does not fit the specified size, valuables, and fireworks, so please contact the information counter for details.

Luggage Storage
You can leave your luggage before or after check-in.
The deadline for storage is the same-day.

Late Check-out
[Notice of Extended Check-out Fees]
Starting from Friday, November 1, 2024, we will be revising our check-out extension fees.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
Before: 1,000 JPY per hour, up to 2 p.m. After: 2,000 JPY per hour, up to 2 p.m.
Regular check-out time is 10:00.
Extensions are 2,000 JPY(tax included) per hour.
It can be extended up to 14:00.
If you would like to extend your period, you can do so by clicking the "Extension Application" button at the top of the information screen.
After extending your stay, you will need to pay an additional fee, so please be sure to come to the front desk.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the room availability. If you have any questions, please contact the front desk at number 2.
Extend Your Stay

App check-in is a great way to extend your room stay.
1. Search for the date you want to extend your stay from the app.
2. Make a reservation in the same room type as the one you are currently staying in. Complete online payment and app check-in.
*If you wish to extend your stay, please be sure to specify the room type when making your reservation. If you are using the Omakase Room Type Plan, we cannot extend your stay.
3. Complete the room key renewal procedure at the front desk.
*It may take some time to complete the import.
*Depending on room availability, it may not be possible to extend your stay in the same room.

There is a limousine bus running from our hotel to Haneda Airport.
■Bus stop: Exit the main entrance on the 1F floor of the Central Tower and proceed to the left. You will see a bus stop with a yellow sign.
■Price Adults: 1,300 JPY
Children: 650 JPY(child rates apply for elementary school students and younger)
*This bus operates on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations not accepted. If the bus is full when you arrive at the hotel, you will not be able to use it.
*Depending on traffic conditions, the scheduled time and travel time may be delayed.
*There may be cases where the bus is full and you cannot board.
*We cannot guarantee alternative transportation if the bus is not running due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances.
*We may not be able to call you or notice in the lobby before the bus departs, so please wait at the bus stop when the time comes.
*The bus stop may change depending on the number of other buses parked.

Access to Narita Airport

There is a limousine bus service from our hotel to Narita Airport.
■Platform: Exit the main entrance on the 1F floor of Central Tower and proceed to your left. There will be a bus stop with a yellow sign.
■Fee Adult 1,200 JPY
Children 600 JPY(children's rate applies to elementary school students and younger)
*This bus is on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations not accepted. If the hotel is full when you arrive, you will not be able to use the service.
*Depending on traffic conditions, the scheduled time and required time may be delayed.
*You may not be able to board the bus if it is full.
*We cannot guarantee alternative transportation in the event that the bus does not operate due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
