■When using the laundry room, if laundry is left in the laundry room for a long period of time after washing and drying has finished, it may be taken by other customers or lost.
Please collect your laundry promptly after your session.
Coin laundromats are generally unmanned. The hotel cannot provide compensation for theft or damage.
In accordance with instructions from the public health center, we strictly prohibit bringing in diapers or clothing used by pets, or washing mats and other items used with shoes on.
