If you wish to use the courier service, please bring your luggage to the front desk.

The slip is available in the desk drawer in your guest room.
Please check whether you are paying on delivery or prepayment before filling out the form.
We cannot accept parcels that are outside the specified size of the slip or cool delivery.

We also sell cardboard boxes at the front desk on the 1st floor.

Please make arrangements at the front desk at least one day in advance for pickup in the morning.
If you bring it in by the reception time, it will be shipped the same-day.
If the item cannot be shipped on the same-day, it will be shipped the next day.
Please bring it to the front desk as soon as possible. (You can only pick up the item the day before.)
