【Precautions when using a mobile battery】
Cases of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire have been reported both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, please note the following points regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.

・1. Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.
・2. Charging should be done in a location where you can always check the status of the mobile battery yourself.
・3. When charging portable electronic devices using a mobile battery or using the power outlets in the guest room to charge a mobile battery, smartphone, etc., please refrain from charging in location exposed to direct sunlight such as near a window or on flammable materials such as a bed or sheets.
・4. Stop using any mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or generating abnormal heat.

If any of the above conditions are found during your stay when cleaning your room, staff may remove your mobile battery from the outlet and move it to another location for safety reasons.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Furthermore, if a guest neglects to observe the above-mentioned management practices and causes damage to the hotel either intentionally or through negligence, the guest will be required to compensate for such damage.
