Please bring the luggage to be shipped to the front desk.
Slips are located in the desk drawer of each room.
Please note that there are two types of slips: prepaid (pink) and cash on delivery (orange).
If you have multiple items to ship, please ask at the front desk for a multi-piece slip (prepaid only).
Please note that we do not accept parcels that are outside of the specified size, cooled parcels, or mail parcels.

It may take some time for the front desk to process your shipment.
Please allow plenty of time for delivery.
