When you use the public bath, please bring your card key, towels, amenities in your room. Body soap, shampoo and conditioner are set in the public bath.
You can walk between the public bath and your room in your night gowns and slippers.
Please contact the front desk to store any valuables if needed. (optional)
People with tattoos or who belong to anti-social force is not allowed in the public bath.
We may ask you to leave if it is deemed by the hotel staff or by other guests.
Please refrain from using the bath if you are drunk or feel sick.
Please take care of your cash and valuables, and room key at your own risk.
To prevent heat shock, please do Kakeyu (rinse your body with hot water) and wash your body before entering the bath.
Watch your step. The floor is slippery.
Do not put towels in the bathtub.
No Food and drinks, laundry, pets, hazardous materials in the bath.
Hotel staff will be patrolling inside the building.
We may ask your name and room number for our guests` safety.

(1) Insert laundry
(2) Insert coins (credit card payment and QR payment are available in some cases *The dedicated application "AQ-Connect Laundry" must be installed)
(3) Enter the PIN (3 digits) within 1 minute after the start of operation, and press the "Confirm" button.
(4) After the operation is finished, enter the set 3-digit PIN and press the "Confirm" button to unlock the machine.
How to use the dryer
(1) Insert laundry.
(2) Insert coins (credit card payment and QR payment are accepted in some cases.
(3) Within 1 minute after operation starts, dial the PIN number (4 digits) and turn the knob to the left after setting. After that, please take off the PIN.
After the operation is finished, return to the set PIN and turn the knob to the right to unlock the machine.
Caution
If you leave your laundry unattended for an extended period of time after washing/drying, it may interfere with other customers' use of the laundromat.
The laundromat is basically unattended, so we cannot compensate for theft, damage, etc.
In accordance with the guidance of the public health center, we do not permit the bringing in of diapers, clothes used by pets, etc., or the washing of mats used on the floor with dirt feet, etc.
We strictly refuse to accept laundry that has been soiled with oil, mud, or other substances that may contaminate the store or equipment.
Please check your pockets before washing. Bottles, lighters, etc. in your pockets may damage your clothes.
